Various types, materials and finishes available
Racking
Racking in all its possible variations is available in a diverse range of standard sizes. Special / Non-Standard sizes are possible if required.
Racking is commonly used for the permanent or temporary storage of pallets and the products stored thereon.
It is perhaps one of the most fundamental tools in the material handling industry.
By definition pallet racking is a steel support structure comprising of two or more upright frames. They are joined by load beams and their connectors, to provide a structure for the sole purpose of storing various materials in a racking system. Welding bolting or clipping are the usual methods of assembly.
The assembled racking is built to enable operators to store the maximum product, provide easy access, protect the product and organise the flow of product within the warehouse.

The size is determined by knowing the height and width required as well as the total mass it will be required to carry.

SRS Longspan Shelving
Longspan Shelving is also known as Heavy Duty Shelving, Storage Shelving and Garage Shelving as well as many other variations.
Longspan shelving is by definition a shelving unit that spans great distance.
Longspan Shelving is extremely versatile and often used within both the domestic and commercial environments.
The benefits of longspan shelving are the fact that it is extendible (can be added on to as and when required), easy to install (clips together) and it is a free-standing unit (easy to dis-assemble and relocate).

Decks
Decking, also known as Internal Shelves are typically available in three mediums.
The most common being timber decking followed by steel decking and finally a fairly new option, being wire mesh decking.
Sizes are dependent on the racking system being used, and this item is always made to suit the racking / longspan shelving.
Rack Protection
Rack Protection comes in a number of guises and is generally designed around the potential risk at play within the warehouse environment that the racking has been installed.
There are two main types of racking protection.
*Upright / Vertical Protection (heavy and light duty).
*Rack-End Protection (heavy, medium and light duty).
